Follow these steps so you don’t miss important emails, texts, or WhatsApp messages.
Send an email to: benbaker@coachbenbaker.com
Subject line: **Ben, I am starting the onboarding**
You can write anything inside. This activates the connection.
Move any of my emails to your inbox if it isn't already.
If you don’t see it: Check Spam and Promotions. When you find my email, move it to your primary inbox.

Book a call with me for tomorrow. Here is my calendar. If the calendar doesn't show availability for tomorrow, message me so we can set it up manually.

How To Access The Program

Part 1 – Check Your Email
You should receive an email titled:
“Almost Done – Set Your Password to Start.”
If you can’t find it do these:

  1. Search for benbaker@coachbenbaker.com in your inbox.
  2. If You Don’t See the Email, check your Spam and Promotions folders.

If you still can’t find it, go to: The Login Page
Click Reset Password. The system will send you a new reset link.

Section 3

Course Navigation Guide

Part 1 – Enter the Course
Once logged in, you will see the course catalog.
Ex Back Master Plan is Course #2.
Click Enter.

Part 2 – Start Onboarding
Click on Onboarding, then select Start Here.

You will see all the lessons inside this section.
Complete every lesson. These are extremely important.

If you are using your phone, the layout may look slightly different.
Follow the same steps as shown in the image below.

Part 3 – Start Week 1
After completing all Onboarding lessons, click the button that says Start Week 1. This button appears in the last part of Onboarding section.

⚠️ Week 1 only unlocks after you complete Onboarding.

Part 4 – Week 1 Content
​​​​​​​Content is released in stages for two reasons: first, so you don’t get overwhelmed, and second, to make sure you spend enough time in each section.

​​​​​​​You start with access to the first 4 days, then content unlocks daily and you’ll get email notifications as it opens. I also make sure that at any given time you always have several new videos waiting ahead of you.

Try not to fall behind, but do not enter "the shame spiral". If you miss days, that’s completely fine. Just pick up where you left off.

Use the completion checkmarks to see how far you’ve gone and continue forward. Progress beats perfection.

Part 5 – Navigation
At the top of the page, you will see navigation tabs.
Use them to move between sections.

Part 6 – Mark Lessons Complete
At the end of each lesson, click the button:
“Click to Mark This Lesson Complete.”
​​​​​​​The button will turn green.
This helps you track your progress.

Part 7 – Download the Worksheets
Each lesson includes a worksheet.
Click the worksheet button to access it.

I strongly recommend downloading and printing all worksheets.
They are essential.
